Terms and Conditions

Check-in and check-out times are flexible as are stays for less than one week where a day-rate will be calculated pro-rata. An additional fee of £50 is applicable to all bookings to cover cleaning and laundry. A deposit of £200 is required by cheque/credit card/paypal to secure your booking. For bookings made within 4 weeks of rental, all fees are payable in full. All deposits are non-refundable.

A breakage bond of £200 will be required when you pay for your booking. The apartment will be checked by our agent for any damage/breakages. The bond will be refunded within 14 days after your departure.

The ownership of the copyright of all apartment and resort images featured on this website is and remains the property of Mark Slater @ 1 Creative. Reproduction in part or whole of any of these images without the written consent of 1 Creative (Solutions) Limited is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against company or individual who ignores this copyright notice.
